Monday is a slack. Worked 10pm to 6:30am of Sunday and have to report to work @ 8-5pm. There…dizzy and cannot run at all.
Tuesday, the 26th of March, is a short run in a short time. After off @ 5pm, I hurried to the Bay. 🙂 Did a 3:1 run:walk with Fartleks.
Managed a good 6K with the following splits:
8:47 / 6:13 / 6:56 / 6:57 / 6:32 / 6:43 – not bad for a very short run! 🙂 3:1 to boast! 42 minutes 8 seconds for a 6K Run! 🙂
Wednesday, the 27th of March is a very short run. Yet, a good run walk.
Thursday, the 28th of March, is a long run with Pepsi. 22.1K of good rolling hills ran at consistent pace. The sun did shine so bright. We have to stop for a while and drink a cold COKE for a breather. 🙂 Pepsi’s endurance is good though. She kept the pace for as long as she could – and succeeded well.
Friday, the 29th of March is a good regular run. A bit fast for a 3:1. Splits as follows:
9:12 / 8:58 / 8:18 / 9:22 / 8:02 / 6:35 / 6:29 / 8:09 / 7:13 / 7:26. 🙂
Saturday was a failed attempt. Did only a 2K.
Sunday almost faded but I was able to insert a 4K before dinner. A good 3:1 again.
Regardless of time, when you are up for a mileage, just cover the distance.
You do not get to lose fats if you are not even burning up your carbs.
As of this day, the 1st of April @ 6:00am, my weight is at 60 kgs exact. 🙂 Been at my average weight of 63 kgs for the longest time before this one.
Now, I am so glad.
