It’s a bold and confident forecast.
I see myself at my ideal weight of 124 lbs in 2 weeks. That would be the week where May 1 can be found.
I am overly excited for May since I will be increasing the mileage, intensity and activity of my training by then. The whole month will be:
- DISTANCE AND PACE strict
- FOCUSed ON QUALITY REST
I also intend to add some muscle building workouts – but then this can wait until June.
