1st Training Peak

Today, the 1st of February, marks it.

I ran afterwork at 6:35am. Good enough for someone who hasn’t sleep yet.

Looking forward now to the harder, longer runs. This is an 8-week endurance buildup training, 1st peak, for the ultimate goal. 🙂
