136.6 lbs or 62.09 kgs.

Yes, a bit heavy after BDM102 and L2T. I don’t mind. I like to eat. ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh yes. For this year, I already have 2 ultramarathons.

  1. Bataan Death March 102 kms. January 30 – 31, 2016
  2. Luneta to Tagaytay 65 kms. February 21, 2016.

What will be different this month is that I will not just run or jog. I will also be doing a lot of cross-trainings.

  • 3 power stretches + 3 more.

  • 30 seated side twists
  • #4 density push-ups
  • 10 seated side bends
  • #5 density push-ups

03/03/2016

  • 20 side twists
  • #4 density push-ups
  • 6 side bends
  • 2 tree lunges
  • 40 hip rotations
  • 30 walking ups
