I ran out of breath …

Tabata Timer is on for 4:00:00 each.

  • Hammer Curls of 10 lbs dumbbell
  • Forward Square Lunges
  • Overhead Squat Jumps – stopped at count #28

I had to stop. I ran out of breath. hahahaha. This is just so quick! Czarina Joy and Cyril Justin was just laughing…:)
