Another victorious day!
But the 2nd was a Surprise!
I was not expecting it. It was a clear invite.
I can only be thankful…
I can only keep on hoping that I’d measure up.
The 30th is a wonderful day.
A day of Victory!
One for the books!
Tiring, but worth it.
The 1st is a Challenging Day.
It pays to keep your head cool and stay glad and positive.
What seemed gone, came.
It was short, but it’s quality.
Sensible, and somehow revealing.
What more can I ask for? There’s so much more!
First time since the first day that I heard a song sung.
Smile is really nice.
Mood is awesome.
I can see it.
I will wait.
Yesterday was a blast. Really great to do again and again. Solid quality time.
Was looking forward to the day.
Got pissed. Real pissed!
Afternoon thoughts are negative, and undesirable, and sad.
Finally changed the mood towards the end of the day.
Heavy to the heart.

This day was different in a good good way. But it’s not yet the best.
Not much words nor conversation – but the meaning is there.
Things not used to doing – has hope of being.
A warm day.
A very promising one.
I ran out of breath …

Afternoon Loop Run @ CCP Ramp @ 3:03pm. Sunny Day. 3.0 kms in 0:21:16. Average Pace is 0:07:00 per kilometer. Splits : 0:07:32/0:06:40/0:06:50. Walk part is going down the ramp. Then, 2.9 kms in 0:24:12 from CCP Ramp to Baywalk @ 3:26pm. Sunny turned Gloomy Afternoon. Average Pace is 0:08:10 per kilometer. Splits: 0:07:45/0:07:58/0:08:48.
